Not particularly: Fluids and rest are great for colds. If you like orange juice, go ahead. It can upset the stomach if too much is taken in due to the acidic nature of the juice. It is a good form of vitamins especially vitamin c. It may or may not help your cold, but if you think it does, have at it. The craving? Be careful. Lots of sugar in oj. Water is good & take vit c tablets for the same sans sugar!
