Check a test: You can check a pregnancy test. If it's negative, wait to see if you have your period. If you don't, check it again.

Possible -: except that classic pregnancy symptoms don't usually occur until you have actually missed a period. Maybe these are premenstrual symptoms? Take a home pregnancy test if you miss your period. Take care.
