I think i have a cold and i'm taking mucinex (guaifenesin) dm and orange juice, what else should i take to kick this thing in the butt? i feel super gross

Cold: Prophylactic measures are not much helpful other than following good hygiene and avoiding exposure. Treatment mainly symptomatic, tylenol, (acetaminophen) fluid, antihistamine if needed, rest and give some time.
