General weight loss: You may get liposuction for your chin to lose fat locally but not the cheek area. I do not recommend liposuction over the face and cheeks. There are potential complications that ar hard if not impossible to fix. General weight loss will help you lose some cheek. However, your cheeks may be genetically where your body wants to store fat.
