How long does it take for clindamycin 300mg to cure a bacterial infection?

Depends: Usually Clindamycin is used to treat anaerobic (no oxygen) bacteria. You don't want to stay on any antibiotic for longer than prescribed. If you still have an infection after the first usage you may need to culture the infection to be sure the bacteria are not resistant to the medication. Check with you doctor is always wise.

Depends: On what you are treating, whether the organism causing the infection is sensitive to the Clindamycin and at what level it is sensitive, because 300 mg (assuming it is 3 or 4 times a day) is not a particularly large dosage. This drug, however, is often not well tolerated orally by adults.
