Probably not.: It would be very hard to get the Clindamycin cream all the way into the full length of your ear canal, and Clindamycin is not usually the antibiotic of choice for outer ear infection. Please see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Ciprofloxacin: Ciprofloxacin otic drops is the drug of choice for otitis externa related to pseudomonas. Other topical fluoroquinolones might work also.
