Always: High blood pressure in an infant is always a serious concern there are many causes and this is something you have discuss with pediatrician and surgeons. And this should be done now.

Now: There are multiple reasons why a child with these diagnoses might have elevated blood pressure. It is very important to have a complete evaluation by a pediatric cardiologist. Depending upon that evaluation, medications and/or further surgery may be indicated.
