Is it possible to overdose on probiotic supplements?

Unlikely: These usually contain nothing other than a bacterial species designed to repopulate your colon with more friendly organisms after you have received antibiotics or have developed and been treated for clostridium difficile colitis. Not even sure what overdosing would be.

Not really!: The qualities of a good probiotic are the number of good bacteria per capsule and the number of species of good bacteria! 10 billion with ten strains is what to try for! Would be hard to overdose. Some have 50 billion good bacteria, but you pay for it!
