No!: The qualities of a good probiotic are the number of good bacteria per capsule and the number of species of good bacteria! 10 billion with ten strains is what to try for!

Do I need to take a probiotic supplement?

Probiotics: If you do not have any GI or mood symptoms you do not need a probiotic. More and more research indicates that a probiotic can help GI / digestive situations and even mood. If symptomatic, please see doctor first. Peace and good health.
