Nutrition & exercise: Congratulations on losing 85 pounds. In the big scheme of things, gaining back 4 pounds isn't much but i can certainly see where you want to keep from gaining any more. Talk to your doc about proper nutrition & regular exercise. Get a referral to a nutritionist & physical therapist to get you moving in the right direction. Calculate your body mass index to get some idea of your goal weight.
