I don't recommend it: Liposuction is only useful for body sculpting. In other words, it is not useful for changing your overall body fat amount, only the shape the fat takes on your body. If you lost 60 pounds, you may actually benefit from plastic surgery to cut away your excess skin to have a better appearance. You are on a medicine which can hamper weight loss. Consider talk to doc about possible med change?

Depends on your goal: Liposuction is ideal for treating small areas of fatty deposits which are resistant to diet and exercise. You will not lose a certain percentage of your BF and will not likely lose 15lbs. If you have a stubborn area it could likely be treated with lipo, depends on your goals.
