Check it out: I suggest that you be evaluated by your primary care physician and/or ENT eventually. Also, keep in mind that certain meds and supplements (fish oil for example) may thin your blood. Asa and Coumadin (warfarin) are well known culprits. Nose picking and excessive use of heat at night are the other two common causes. Occasionally blood disorders can be the cause.
