No: Plenty of people have your work schedule, especially doctors & nurses who work in shifts, like in the hospital. They get home and darken their sleeping quarters and soundproof them as best they can and get a full "night's" worth of sleep during the day. Just make sure that you get in a healthy diet and some daily exercise and you should be fine.
