Yes: As a long time blood donor of over 2 gallons, some lightheadedness and nausea can be common with blood donations. This is a small inconvenience that you have endured for the greater good of your community. Be sure to drink lots of fluids and don't skip meals after donating. Any symptoms beyond 24 hours are not likely to be caused by the donation; see your doctor if you notice symptoms >24hrs.

Dizziness: Yes possible, it can happen immediately after donating blood, drink plenty of fluids and if dizziness does not improve makr sure to checl with your doctor.

For about a month now I have been feeling rather light headed and nauseous sporadically. I havent fainted but have felt close to it. I have done a blood pressure reading. 1st reading was 116/58 2nd reading was 120/64.
Why do I always feel light-headed, experience headaches, tiredness, nauseous? When I walk, I feel like I might faint anytime. I had MRI but results were good, all blood tets were good too. Can my allergic rhinits effect this feeling? Thank you a lot.
