Bloating and pain: Regardless of your prior history and surgeries, your current symptoms of bloating/swelling in the abdomen and pain should be evaluated. If you are not vomiting and not febrile it is okay to see your doc as on outpatient. There are lots of possibilities to account for your symptoms.
