Could : Could be diverticulitis, kidney stone, or radicular pain from your back. I'd consider seeing your pcp today to see about getting lab and maybe a ct scan.

Talk to your surgeon: Without knowing why you had surgery or when you had surgery it is difficult to know if these symptoms are/aren't related to your surgery. Therefore, call your surgeon and discuss this with him.
