Detecting anovulatory period? is there a way you can physically differentiate between an ovulatory and anovulatory period ? without using test kits?

Yes: It requires ultrasounds and bloodwork to know if you are making an egg that month. The bloodwork can see if your hormones are rising and then later can confirm whether ovulation occurred.
