There is this white speck in my eye (on the colored part) and it wont come off when i wash it. could it be cancer or something?

Probably: A pterygium. Is it red or vascular? Elevated? Scarring most often is not noticable to the naked eye. Treatment -artificial tear drops, protect eye from uv light.
