Depends: If you have an ophthalmologist nearby who can see you, you will save a lot of time by going directly to that doctor. If you do not have access, then your local er is a good bet. If you need an ophthalmologist, they can usually call one. Depending on the severity of the injury, they will send you over to the eye doctor.
