Choices: One choice is to attempt to get pregnant naturally. You may be ovulating irregularly. If this has always been the case then it is likely ok to try. If this is something new, then you should be evaluated by a specialist to figure out what is going on. Just because it was easy to conceive before does not make it easy again (and vice versa).
