A numer of: Diagnosis, first question, is it still happenning? Low abdominal pain with fever, main concern is appendicitis. It could be a viral gastroenteritis, usually no fever, usually diarrhea, , could be food poisoning. I would suggest an evaluation. Vomiting with fever and low abdominal pain is appendicitis until proven otherwise; it can be a disaster if untreated. If gone now for 24 hours then ok.
