Bone Fracture: The condyle of the mandible articulates in the mandibular fossa (TMJ = temporomandibular joint) and the temporalis muscle is attached to both the skull and mandible. Unsure of what affect you may be referring to, but certainly any fracture or trauma in this area will be felt in surrounding tissues.
