Yes: There are many signs and symptoms of hyperglycemia. You could have any of them including: unusual thirst, frequent urination, blurry vision, fatigue or feeling more tired than normal for unknown reasons, unusual weight loss, hunger, frequent infections, cuts/bruises that won't heal, recurring gum/bladder/skin infections, numbness or tingling in hands and feet...

Yes: Some symptoms may come on first, like fatigue and urinating a lot...Other symptoms can come later, like the blurry vision or frequent infections. Some people don't develop all the symptoms. So if you have 1 or 2 symptoms out of a list of 8 symptoms commonly associated with diabetes, that does not rule out diabetes. Diabetes is easy to diagnose with simple blood test, so if you're worried, check.
