????: A food intolerance is not typically treated with any medicine or medications. It simply means an adverse reaction to food that is not a true food allergy (ige-mediated). If you have GI issues then you could see a GI specialist. Only oral supplement would be a multivitamin or probiotics.

Smart eating : The best treatment for a specific food intolerance is avoidance of the specific food.This can require reading labels on processed items to be sure. For some items, like the milk sugar lactose intolerance, the deficient enzyme can be supplied as a supplement, "lactaid" can reduce symptoms or eliminate them.
