Eliminate foods: Start eliminating foods with high potential for allergies. These incloude wheat products, primarily gluten foods, milk and dairy products such as cheeses, and choloclate. Go on a gluten free dairy free diet for 3 to 6 months and see if your symptoms improve.

Food diary & avoid: I suggest you keep a food diary. Document what you eat and if/when symptoms come on. Then review the diary after two weeks by yourself or with your physician. Avoid any foods that you identify as being responsible for your symptoms. If you can't pin point, go an an elimination diet for two weeks then one by one reintroduce foods and see if any cause symptoms.
