Dog allergy? : Your symptoms can certainly be caused by a dog, one that sheds.Consult an allergist to see if you indeed have a dog allergy. He can also give you the necessary treatment and tell you what kind of a dog to get.

Puffy eyes: Puffy, tired and saggy eyes can be caused by allergies. Another cause can be a kidney condition called nephrotic syndrome. I recommend yo to consult your doctor to determine the cause.
