Depends: What we can see as a profile lists you as a 35 yo male. If that is true and you are not asking for a teen boy (or girl) then you need to be evaluated. This could be a simple cyst but males occasionally have breast cancer. Teens (boys or girls) do get lumps in that area as a normal part of development. For future questions you could provide more info for a better response.
