There is a lump right underneath my nipple and when i touch it, it hurts. im a male and i just noticed this two weeks ago, should i be worried?

Cancer rare in young: All breast lumps should be looked at by your pcp or breast surgeon. They will get an ultrasound or mammogram. If they cannot make a diagnosis then they may do a needle biopsy. At your age the concern is less likely to be about cancer.

Have it checked: Men can have breast tissue develop, breast lumps, and even breast cancer. Most likely it is gynecomastia - male breast tissue - given your age. Your doctor can evaluate this and direct you in the proper treatment.
