I have slight pain in 2 breasts comes and goes. no lumps. my nipples sometimes contracts sometimes burns a little . im so worried please help.

Breasts can become: tender at different times of cycle. especially 1 week before the period. so more than likely at your age it does not mean anything bad. excess caffeine can cause breast pain also
