See your doctor: Having these types of symptoms can best be solved by having your doctor perform a thorough evaluation. Only through this type of process can he/she discover what's going on and how best to help you.

Enlarged or tumor?: The pituitary can enlarge naturally. The pituitary is larger in young people (who are cranking out hormones), pregnant women, and in people who are hypothyroid with a high tsh. A "tumor" in the pituitary is of more concern, but if very small, and if not producing excess hormone, may not require treatment. You should see an endocrinologist.
