All sorts of ways: More energy, better sleep, better stamina, easier breathing, better skin and teeth, not to mention your heart and lung being very very grateful. One of the best things one can do to improve their health and life expectancy - add some exercise and you may feel years younger. May people need multiple attempts - so if one does not succeed at first, try, try, try again.
