Depends on cause: Many cases of decreased sexual potency, erectile dysfunction, anorgasmia and decreased libido, in both men and women, are caused by smoking's vascular effects on reducing blood flow to the pelvic organs and elsewhere. Smoking cessation could improve this. However, see your doctor to explore other causes as well if it does not improve. Good luck with quitting - it is worth it for many reasons.
