Speak to both: Speak to the physician who did your embolization and your gynecologist. Uterine artery embolization has really fallen out of favor among gynecologists. In today's world, out patient laparoscopic hysterectomy is far more successful, has fewer side affects, and most certainly achieves the best results. Best of luck!
