Depends: If you have no symptoms, i would recommend a pelvic ultrasound in 1 year; if your symptoms have not improved within 3 months, then i would recommend to discuss alternative options with your gynecologist.

Depends: We see every patient at 3 months post procedure and check for significant improvement/resolution of symptoms and obtain MRI with contrast to insure all fibroids dead. This is the case 90% of the time and if so patient can resume yearly visits for routine screening with her physician. If symptoms remain at 3 months determine why and MRI tells you (ex. Fibroid not completely dead) so you can fix it.
