Diabetes: A fasting blood glucose of 126mg/dl ( 7mmol/l) is one the definition of diabtes your fasting blood glucose is 138.6mg/dl ( 7.7mmol/l), your doctor would want to order a hba1c level and fasting blood glucose repeated, if it persistently at or above these numbers, you are a diabetic.
