Is it safe to jog when u r pregnant.i am 4weeks gone?

Check with the OB/FP: You need to run that by your doctors but in general exercise is safe and helpful in pregnancy. Running is fine for a while but most women find a point where they have issues with their back because of the baby weight in the front and increasing joint laxity can also cause problems. Any pre-term contractions and you shouldn't run and probably wise to aviod racing/exhaustive running.
