One year: Toenails require one year to regrow. Finger nails requre 6 months.Partila removed nsil will require the approxi lately 6 months for half a nsil to regrow.Antifungal products are useful to decrease the chance of infection to the damaged nail.

1 yr+for new toenail: It can take 12 to 18 months for a toenail to grow out completely. Often it does well without problems, but if trauma damaged and scarred the nail matrix, or the cuticle of the toe, then the nail plate may become disfigured permanently.
