Highly unlikley: But hopefully you were also tested for a host of other stds at the same time. The lesson is universal barrier protection. With mono-like illness this could be one of many other diseases, like cmv, toxoplasma, and so on. Only a detailed work-up is likely to clear this up, but then you have to ask yourself if it will make a difference in your long-term health, particularly if you are now better.
