Just experienced a sudden sharp very intense pain to my right arm. what is this and so i need to be concerned?

Maybe, probably not: One random sharp pain without other symptoms is unlikely something serious. Keep an eye on it and be aware of other signs of illness/pain. Random pains like this that go away without treatment are just that...Random. Random nerves firing, random brain activity - no absolute answer. Good luck & i hope it doesn't come back!
