Not urgent: The management of psuedocysts is observation and monitoring for complications and indications for intervention. Many of these resolve with time.

Ive had pancreatic enzymes checked a few times over the years. Lipase has never been elevated but amylase fluctuates. Ive had it as high as 300. Ive also had it just above the range and normal as well. Never pancreatitis. Could be cancer ???
