Last week the i had a barking cough a week later and now my throat is still sore but when i swallow i feel the pain come up my neck and to my ear?

See a doctor: Referred pain to the ear may occur due to inflammation in the back of the throat. Hopefully this will clear up and was due primarily to a viral uri, but if it persists let a pcp take a look at you. Hope you are better soon.
