Try drinking water: In general drinking more water helps you with hydration and usually causes all your mucous covered surfaces to be less viscous.

Nothing: There is no evidence that using anything to affect mucus makes any difference in getting pregnant. Clomid (clomiphene) is usually prescribed by itself.
