Perhaps: Hopefully there is a chance, In a women without PCOD a normal follicle size is between 18-28 mm. Yours is at 19mm so hopefully it is mature enough to be released for ovulation. But only half of women who ovulated due to clomid (clomiphene) will get pregnant. So it is difficult to give you an answer regarding if there is a chance. But keep trying God willing you will be successful.
