Talk with doctor: Medications are not the only treatment one needs for agoraphobia. Psychotherapy is an important part of the help needed to recover from this problem. Please talk with your doctor about adding this to what you're doing, and possibly adjusting your medications. In your best interests, xanax (alprazolam) should be a temporary medication, not a permanent one. Good luck to you.
