Yes: Yes, for medications there are still tricyclics like Pamelor (nortriptyline) and desipramine; also maoi's. There is always psychotherapy, a cornerstone of treatment for the conditions you're suffering. Plus i've found helpful results with classical homeopathy, especially when people are very sensitive to pharmaceuticals. Acupuncture offers promise also. All of these require well-trained practitioners.
