Be careful: Xanax (alprazolam) or any valium like dru(any Valium like drug) has a high potential for addiction problems. Not only their track record for relieving anxiety is iffy. And can actually worsen and anxiety as withdrawal can happen readily due to their very short half-life. Celexa is way too low at 5 mg per day. Middle range dosages are 15 to 20 mg per day with a maximum of 30 mg/day-even in diabetes. Take care
