Maybe not: This is definitely something you need to have checked out by your doctor. Theses same symptoms can be related to issues stemming from your spine. If you have fibromyalgia please do not assume every problem you have is related to this disorder. Also arthritis in your back should not cause leg symptoms unless it is severe and results in pressure on nerves or spinal cord (spinal stenosis).

See physiatrist: Since the treatment for leg pain from fibromyalgia (exercise and regular sleep) is very different from leg pain coming from the back ( physical therapy +\- anti-inflammatories, nerve pain meds, and maybe injections) you should see a physiatrist to help diagnose and manage your symptoms.
