I have been feeling like i've got a cold coming, sneezing etc but now i have diarrhoea and keep getting hot and cold. what could this be?

Flu?: Could be the flu (influenza) or one of many other viral illnesses. Rest, hydrate, lay low, take it easy, take your temp. Treatment of a viral illness is rest, etc. If you get a fever over 103 or have vomiting/diarrhea such that you cannot get/keep anything down, you should see a doctor asap.
