Quick Test: I have a quick test to separate sinus pain from tooth pain. I have my patients bend over at the waist as if to tie their shoes. If the pain increases with the head going below the chest (heart) level, then it's sinus. However if running in place makes it hurt worse, then it's tooth pain. My concern for you is do you have a bad sinus infection and it's drainage is causing you to have bloody stools.
