BILIARY DYSKINESIA: A poorly functioning gallbladder has an ejection fraction of 35% or less. About 10% of the gallbladder patients i deal with don't have any gallstones. Bd can cause nausea, bloating, heartburn, and RUQ and back pain. I would discuss this with an experienced surgeon, who can help you decide the best course. For now, i recommend a diet lower in fat. Good luck.
